The Challenge: As part of this remodel programme L&H Safety & Environmental Management were asked to review existing audit safety management arrangements. The challenge was to provide the client with added value by undertaking this audit exercise. We were also required to deliver this significant programme on time, with minimum disturbance to the client’s retail activities and provide a high standard of Occupational Health and Safety Performance throughout the project.
The Solution: Through careful investigation of the existing process L&H Safety & Environmental Management were able to identify many of the root causes of past problems, which will be eliminated during the planning phase of all future projects.; L&H Safety Management's commitment to fulfilling our role as Planning Supervisor, coupled with our monitoring of CDM related issues, provision of general, practical health and safety advice and interpretation of current legislation contributed to the overall success of this innovative and ground-breaking store environment.
